RB7530 IP Protection Enhancement & PQN Feature Upgrade

RB7530: The Rationale Behind the Development

As technology advances, fan operating environments are becoming more demanding.  To prevent system failures from fan abnormalities, we must continuously improve our fans' protection levels. To meet our customers' needs, we developed various protection technologies for different IP ratings, including IP21, IP54, IP55, and IP68, which ensure cost-effectiveness and performance. This is the basis for our new RB7530 model. We have upgraded the RB7530's protection to IP68 and validated its PQN performance to meet customer requirements. The technology behind this enhanced protection has been granted a patent in Taiwan, Patent No. GA-M622178.

1. Reference Standards: CNS14165 C1147(104.3.31), Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)

IEC 60529(1989+A1:1999+A2:2013 ), Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)

3. Test Results: The fan was tested for 2 hours in a water environment at an IP68 rating, submerged at a depth of 1 meter. After the test, the fan's functions were confirmed to be normal.

P-Q Curve Optimization

Using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, we can see from the pressure distribution map at different heights that the static pressure inside the blower increases smoothly.

Through CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, we can see from the velocity distribution maps at different heights that the reverse flow near the upper and lower housing walls is reduced at the outlet. The increase in smooth airflow helps to boost overall air volume.

Based on CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, the noise distribution maps of the impeller and housing, as well as the flow field, show that reducing the sound intensity at the tongue helps to decrease whistling noise.

RPM/Noise Test Comparison

Based on customer needs, we test the spectrum, compare speed differences, and perform PQN optimization.

RB7530 IP Protection Enhancement & PQN Feature Upgrade

Through the design, improvement, and testing described above, the RB7530 model has achieved an IP68 protection rating and enhanced PQN performance. As this fan is a custom-designed product, the specifications are for reference only. For further needs, please refer to the RB7530 specifications in the XRL catalog. We can also custom-design and tailor a fan model and specifications to meet your system's specific speed requirements.
