Patent Certification: Motor and Stator Cover
Effectively withstands environmental challenges
Cooling fans use motors to drive the impeller for heat dissipation. However, when installed in environments with salt spray or high humidity, moisture and salt can corrode the motor's stator, causing damage that prevents the impeller from operating.
To address this, conventional potting techniques encapsulate the stator in fluid resin. Yet, this method requires large amounts of resin and additional demolding and trimming after curing, increasing manufacturing costs and reducing production efficiency.
X Fan's patented invention GP4488—Motor and Stator Cover—protects the stator from moisture and salt spray, while reducing manufacturing costs and improving production efficiency.
