◆ XFAN Hazardous Substance Management Regulations
In order to meet the needs of our customers and the requirements of various national and international organizations on
environmental regulations, XFAN collects the relevant customer requirements and international regulations
every year and regularly updates our hazardous substance management regulations. We comply with hazardous
substance free management regulations in our production process and require our suppliers to fulfil an obligation in
establishing the green supply chain.
◆ Requirements
XFAN meets the environmental requirements of our product guarantee to the customers. Moreover, the suppliers
confirm that all products, supplied to us until now and in future, comply with the requirement of XINRUILIAN Hazardous
Substance list and specified environmental regulations.
◆ Measurements
XFAN conductsdeclarations of compliance/WIP/testing of raw materials/finished goods and picks suppliers for annual audits.
Besides, we requests the suppliers to provide supporting evidence such as material test reports/ information
on ingredients /SDS.
Responsible Sourcing of Minerals
◆ Responsible Sourcing of Minerals Policy:
Identify minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and avoid purchasing minerals that cause conflict or serious human rights violations.
◆ Responsible Sourcing Commitment:
The Company has adopted a policy of conducting due diligence on the source and chain of custody of tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold in its production to provide reasonable assurance that the source is consistent with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
Due Diligence Guidance for Mineral Supply Chains in Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas or an equivalent and recognized due diligence framework.

We have confirmed with our suppliers that we do not directly or indirectly import Annex XVII steel products originating in or exported from Russia.
